Luigi Fumarola
An Italian chef and entrepreneur with more than twenty years in fine dining, trained at Le Gavroche, El Celler de Can Roca and Mugaritz. For over a decade he led the galleys of superyachts up to 115 metres. Based in Saint-Barthélemy, he founded ANVEDIA to bring together the brands he has built across private dining, yachting and culinary products.
